Coach Sham was born and raised in Newark, NJ. She has grown a forever love for the sport of cheerleading, with almost two decades invested in the sport. Coach Sham is a former cheerleader, who has cheered for many teams across the city, including All-Star. She has coaching experience with both elementary and All-Star cheer. Coach Sham's favorite thing about cheer is the discipline and the ability to watch athletes reach their expected potential. Her favorite thing to do is write and listen to music.

Coach Yoshi has coaching experience with elementary and  Pop Warner cheer. 

Coach Taj is a former cheerleader for Morgan State University. She has coaching experience with elementary and Pop Warner cheer. 

Coach Taniyah is from Portsmouth, VA who has lived in the City of Newark for over ten years. She is a former cheerleader, who has cheered for elementary, high school, and All-Star cheer. Her mission with JEA is to ensure every athlete ends their season with new skills/ knowledge for the sport and great experiences. Coach Taniyah's favorite things in life are sneakers, food, and EVERYTHING cheer. 

Coach Simone is a second-year JEA coach from Newark, NJ. She is also a parent of founding athletes in the program. Her goal for the season is to help young athletes learn basic techniques and skills, to better prepare them for further advancement in the program. Coach Simone enjoys cleaning, sleeping, outings with her family, and taking trips.

Coach Queenie is a second- year All-star Coach and has experience Middle School Coaching experience.

Coach Fee was borned and raised in the Newark/ Irvington area of New Jersey. She began her coaching career in 2008 with Newark Pop Warner and is one of JEA's founding coaches. A fun fact about Coach Fee is she has never cheered but has been a lifelong athlete, with experiences with high school Volleyball, Basketball, and Softball. She prides herself in continuously learning every day to help JEA athletes progress in technique, skill, personality, and sisterhood.
